Tender description

The HR Workforce and Organisational Development team with Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) are responsible for the promotion, co-ordination and development of training initiatives. This procurement is to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of training courses to NCC staff. The Council wishes to invite tenders from suitability qualified and skilled training providers to deliver a range of classroom based training courses to suit the requirements of its diverse workforce and support delivery of its Workforce Strategy. Lot 1: Management and Communications Skills training courses. Team Building and Time Management training courses. Commercial Awareness training courses. Collaborative Leadership training courses. Systems Leadership and Communicating Strategically training courses. Leadership Skills training courses. Change Management training courses. Emotional intelligence, Negotiation and Influencing Skills training courses. Coaching training courses.
