Tender description
HV Power Works TFL Market Engagement. Transport for London (TfL) is inviting companies to participate in market engagement for several packages for both the HV Power scope for the Deep Tube Upgrade Programme (DTUP) and London Underground (LU) Renewals and Enhancements (R&E). TfL is holding a market engagement event on Thursday 14.6.2018 in London to enable TFL to engage with the market on some aspects of the requirements detailed within this notice, and invite feedback on key issues and risks. We will also provide an update on the anticipated DTUP Programme and current thinking on procurement timescales. Submission of expression of interest. If you would like to participate in this market engagement event, please go to the current opportunities and notices section of the bravo solutions portal ( https://lucpd.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html ) and register your interest for PQQ Titled “TFL HV Power Works - Market Engagement” by no later than 12:00 (UK time) on 1.6.2018. All respondents will be sent further details of the supplier engagement event via the portal and asked to confirm their attendance. Terms of the market engagement. LUL will manage this process in an open and transparent manner. Interested parties will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to the market engagement exercise. Direct or indirect canvassing of any employee or agent of LUL, TfL or any TfL group company by any company concerning this requirement, or any attempt to procure information from any such employee or agent concerning this PIN outside of the formal process described in this document may result in the disqualification of the company from consideration of any future procurement activity. This PIN is issued solely for the purposes of the market engagement. No information contained in this document, or provided during and for the market engagement exercise, constitutes any commitment by LUL, TfL or any other member of the TfL group or any of its or their stakeholders to undertake any procurement exercise in the future. This PIN does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works for LUL and LUL is not bound to and may or may not adopt or include any proposals offered by participating parties in any future procurement. Participating suppliers acknowledge and agree that proposals offered may be communicated to other participating parties and tenderers in any future procurement. LUL is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in the market engagement. Any future procurement of any services, supplies or works by LUL will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the applicable utilities contracts regulations.
