Tender description

Wealden District Council is the owner of the Retirement / Sheltered Housing scheme known as Church Bailey Court located at Montague Way, Westham, East Sussex. This residential block is comprised of several self-contained flats (on the ground, first and second floors) with facilities for residents including a communal lounge, craft room, kitchen and toilets for visitors, a Management Office, Guest & Warden's flats, lifts and a dedicated hairdressing facility. The Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide refurbishment work to the Housing Scheme including but not limited to the replacement of windows and general redecoration work. The contract is due to start in the week commencing 30th July 2018 and the contract is intended to run through to completion of all required works.
