Tender description

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of Framework Agreements. Through this procurement EEM have established a Framework Agreement with multiple contractors to support our Members in undertaking minor and major adaption works and all associated building, plumbing and electrical works on behalf of our Membership. The purpose of this tender exercise was to establish a framework of suitably experienced contractors to undertake Adaptation works. The typical type of works covered under this framework will be minor and major adaptation works comprising of: — bathroom adaptations including, level access shower adaptation, — kitchen adaptations — minor and major alterations, — supply and installation of grab rails internal and external, — supply and installation of shower seats and other bathroom aids, — external works including alterations to existing steps, handrails, access ramps, fencing. Our members property types range from domestic housing stock, high and low rise flats, office accommodation,corporate buildings, hospitals, student accommodation and universities and due to the geographical spread of our Members the framework has been split further into the following geographical lots: — East Midlands, — West Midlands, — National Coverage.
