Tender description

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the “Council”) operates a Passenger transport operation (“PTO”) which is responsible for the transportation of over 1 800 special needs and vulnerable children and adults 2 times per day which equates to over 724 000 movements per annum. The Council commissioned a review of PTO in 2017 for the Bradford District and this indicated that potential exists to transform services, introduce efficiencies and achieve cost reductions. The Council is now seeking a “Delivery partner” to implement the Programme objectives.
