The City University is tendering for Operations Framework Contracts for its Property and Facilities Department for below 3 Lots: 1. Building Refurbishment; 2. Mechanical Works; and 3. Electrical Works. 1. Undertake various planned long term maintenance works (LTM). 2. Undertake various ad-hoc and minor reactive and repair works. 3. Provide support when required to the University in-house maintenance teams. 4. Occasionally work as the nominated sub-contractor for building and other projects. 1.
