Parkstone Primary School - Classroom Extension & Window Replacement

Tender description

Works comprise alterations to the school to create a traditionally built, flat roofed additional classroom within an indent of the existing footprint of the building. Works also include internal alterations to the existing school, conversion of a storeroom into a disabled toilet, and associated mechanical and electrical works. The scheme will also incorporate the replacement of the majority of windows and external doors. NB. It is hoped that the window replacement and the extension works can both be carried out, however, if tender returns exceed the budget the window works will be either partly completed or removed altogether.
