Framework Agreement for Adaptations Works for Southend on Sea Borough Residents (and Other Contracting Authorities in Essex) 2018

Southend on Sea Borough Council is carrying out this procurement exercise in the form of an EU Open Tender for the Provision of Adaptation Works under a Framework Agreement within the boundaries of Southend on Sea Borough Council “the Works” and those within the boundaries and areas of operation of other Contracting Authorities and Public Bodies who have been named on the OJEU Contract Notice and who decide to enter into a Call Off Contract with Framework Providers. Southend on Sea Borough Council (SBC) requires suitably experienced organisations (first-tier suppliers receiving and managing personalised Adaptations referrals) to provide an adaptations service for people with an assessed need, such as the installation of grab rails, ramps, wet areas, shower cubicles, specialist electrical works, adapted kitchens and all ssociated works.
