CT042 — Bathroom, kitchen and domestice electrical renewal works contract 2018 — The Housing Executive wishes to procure suitably qualified and competent contractors to carry out works in relation to bathroom, kitchen and domestic electrical rewire to Housing executive properties. It is proposed to have seven Lots awarded to a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 7 contractors. A Tenderer can only be awarded a maximum of 2 contracts. Tenderers will be assessed on a "most economically advantageous" basis, according to Quality (scored out of 60 marks) and a price (40 marks).
