To wire brush and scrape the walls of the boiler room to remove the residual asbestos insulation that has been located. To report back any requirement for encapsulation. To strip, remove and dispose of the contaminated fibreglass pipe insulation sections. To ensure that all pipework is clean and free of asbestos debris. To vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for air testing.
