***Please visit Yortender.co.uk to view the tender docs and submit your return.**** The work comprises the demolition of 74 dwellings situated on Brigham Grove, Flinton Grove, Foston Grove, Cranswick Grove, Holmpton Grove, Wansford Grove, Hilston Grove, Preston Road, Harpham Grove and St Johns Grove. Dwellings are in blocks of two and are of a non-traditional construction known as Winget. It is assumed the properties are built on strip foundations, demolition is to include both the superstructure and sub structure down to a depth of 1 metre and include all pipework and drainage within the perimeter of the site. Post demolition the site will be backfilled with clean imported sub-soil to ground level.
