Tender description

Tenders are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the 'Council') from Contractors with the relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the refurbishment of Kingsway/ Queensway Arcade in Dewsbury including Canopy Roof repairs. Refurbishment of shop fronts including repair and decoration of timber elements to the shops adjoining the arcade. Renewal of rain/waste water goods and gutters. Renewal of pigeon deterrents, inclusive of cleaning. Renewal of canopy gutters, and decorations to upper level windows with minor slate repairs. Decorations to cast iron canopy frame and gable ends.
