Clarendon School Refurbishment 2018

Tender description

Refurbishment works to the existing Clarendon School site building commencing July 2018, for September 2018 delivery. The temporary site will serve the incoming Turing House School cohort of 200 pupils over two years. Turing House School will occupy both modular units (to be delivered by a separate contractor over the summer 2018) and a section of the existing school to be refurbished (refer to drawings for further detail). Refurbishment schedule of works are attached as '1284 Turing House School Clarendon Temp Site SOW April 18' this document should be read in conjunction with drawing '1284_CL_200 refurbishment plan A1 MW (1)'. The Design and Access statement has also been issued to provide further details on background and site strategy for Turing House School and should be read by bidders that are interested in the scheme. Bidders that show an expression of interest must be capable of providing all of the works outlined within the scope of works outlined and be able to demonstrate success on previous education projects.
