Training College Boiler Gym Changing Room Refurbishment

Tender description

The Devon and Cornwall Police & Crime Commissioner (PCC) requires the design completion and refurbishment of the Sports area of the Training College at Devon and Cornwall Police Headquarters. This will require an element of Contractor design, particularly with regard to the implementation of the mechanical and electrical design, the construction of the new Boiler Room and adjacent changing space, the new floor to the redundant squash court and drainage from the improved changing rooms, accessible WC and staff unisex WC.
