Tender description
The Enterprise Hub is a transformational approach to encouraging and supporting entrepreneurship and business creation in Liverpool City Region. It is a coordinated package of business start-up support and is an integrated element of Liverpool City Region's Growth Hub, which is coordinated by LCR's Local Enterprise Partnership. The Enterprise Hub will be responding to the forthcoming call for Business Support in the Liverpool City Region. The partnership has been in place since December 2015, and has successfully delivered enterprise culture, pre- start enterprise support and early stage business development through its collaborative approach. This Partnership Call is to engage in an open and transparent process for delivery, community and strategic partners in the 2018 - 2021 phase. All interested partners suppliers are invited to respond. Delivery Partners are invited from organisations that can provide client delivery support at a community based level and provide a minimum of 65% match, and up to 100% contribution to support service implementation. Once the full partnership is confirmed a standardised model of match may be applied. The total eligible budget available is up to £20 Million (including any extension and dependent on EU Programme requirements). The programme is supported by European Regional Development Fund.
