Choice Housing Ireland has engaged the services of a suitably experienced and competent main contractor to undertake the remodeling / re-improvement works at 18 Stranmillis Road (Long Term Void). The proposed works include: demolition of the existing 2 storey rear return and construction of a new 3 storey return and associated remodeling of the existing building to provide 3nr 2 person 1 bed self-contained flats. Building component replacement includes: external doors and windows, kitchens, bathrooms, internal doors, frames, architraves, skirting etc., new plumbing and electrical installation including replacement fire detection system. New heating systems and external redecoration and repair of defective hard surfaces.
