65 — 77 Summer Row Project: The building is arranged over 8 floors, excluding some basement access into stairwells accessed from the rear lower level car park. The total building internal floor area is approx. 3300 m2. The building is to be refurbished and converted into a higher educational facility. The building is to house the following departments as a minimum: — Library / Student Hub, — Resource Centre, — Student Service, — International Student Office, — Student Support Services / Offices, — Vending area. It is a critical that the building is developed / refurbished and made operationally ready before the end of August 2019 latest.
