First Greater Western Ltd (t/a Great Western Railway and /or GWR) is seeking an estate management service provider in order to manage the retail and commercial rental opportunities at its railway stations across the Great Western rail franchise. First Greater Western Ltd (t/a Great Western Railway and /or GWR) is seeking an estate management services provider to manage the retail and commercial estate in order to optimise rental income. The provider will also be expected to identify and deliver significant customer service improvements by identifying and securing capital and tenant investment. The Great Western franchise comprises of approximately 280 properties. The properties provide a broad mix of retail, office, residential and pother commercial tenancies held on a range of leases and licences.The estate currently generates a rental income of approximately 2 500 000 GBP per annum.
