Planned & Reactive Maintenance for Authority Assets and Highways

Tender description

Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a Contractor(s) to provide planned and reactive maintenance over the following works packages: buildings, electrical services and highways & civil engineering. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender using the Restricted route, comprising of separate Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 for the placement of a Contract for each works package separately or, in the case of Lot 4, for all works packages in one Contract. If the Authority Awards an all inclusive contract (Lot 4) then Awards will not be made to Lots 1 - 3.
