Tender description

Demolition of existing sheltered housing unit. Building of new sheltered housing unit, 8 bungalows (mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom) and housing office. There may be an additional 15 1-bedroom apartments after this. The works are planned in 2 sections with 3 phases and involves the demolition and replacement of an existing Sheltered Housing Unit and construction of a 22 bed sheltered housing unit, 8 amenity bungalows and 1 housing office. The work to the amenity bungalows includes: strip foundations, tiled roof, timber kit frame with brick outer skin, associated services installations and site works. The work to the housing office includes: strip foundations, tiled roof, timber kit frame with brick outer skin, associated services installations and site works. The work to the Sheltered Housing Unit includes: strip foundations, tiled roof, timber kit frame with brick outer skin, associated services installations and site works. Additionally, there may be an extra 15 1 bedroom units to be included within this project.
