The high uptake of webchat technologies by both companies and charities in recent years has led customers to expect high levels of service online. To ensure we deliver on this expectation, we are aiming to offer personalised human interactions that will improve customer experiences, helping us deliver service excellence”, and ultimately support a channel shift away from telephony. The requirement is for a web chat solution to drive growth and to align our service delivery with the digital expectations of customers by offering a professional web chat channel.
