The Provision of Scholars Bus Routes

Tender description

St Mary's College are seeking a supplier/s that can deliver a scholars bus route service for their children. The bus routes will run to and from the schools at the start and the end of the school day during term time. The contract will be divided into a number of lots and each lot will be awarded as individual contracts between the successful supplier and the relevant school. In addition the School is looking to establish a framework of supplier for additional route that that may require during the course of the contract (e.g. for external event, or off site lessons). The contract will run between 1st September 2018 and 31st August 2020 with an option to extend the contract up to a maximum of 24 months over two separate periods of 12 months each. Such extension will be at the discretion of the school and subject to satisfactory performance. Keywords: bus, scholars, school
