Tender description
St Mary's College are seeking a supplier/s that can deliver a scholars bus route service for their children. The bus routes will run to and from the schools at the start and the end of the school day during term time. The contract will be divided into a number of lots and each lot will be awarded as individual contracts between the successful supplier and the relevant school. In addition the School is looking to establish a framework of supplier for additional route that that may require during the course of the contract (e.g. for external event, or off site lessons). The contract will run between 1.9.2018 and 31.8.2020 with an option to extend the contract up to a maximum of 24 months over two separate periods of 12 months each. Such extension will be at the discretion of the school and subject to satisfactory performance. Provision of Bus Service 940 – Anlaby Road to St Mary's College. Provision of Bus Service 956 – Diadem Grove to St Mary's College. Provision of Bus Service 957 – Preston Road to St Mary's College. Provision of Bus Service 958 – Victoria Dock to St Mary's College. Provision of Bus Service 959 – Holderness Road to St Mary’s College. Provision of Bus Service 960 – Honiton Road to St Mary’s College. Provision of Bus Service 961 – Askew Avenue to St Mary's College. Provision of Bus Service 962 – First Lane Anlaby to St Mary’s College. Provision of Bus Service SMC2 – Market Weighton to St Mary’s College. Provision of Bus Service SMC3 – Ottringham to St Mary’s College. Framework for the provision of additional service for transferring pupils for external events or off site lessons covering the following. a. Minibus (up to 16 passengers) b. Wheelchair accessible minibus with ramp/tail-lift (between 9-16 passengers) c. Wheelchair accessible welfare coach with ramp/tail lift (up to 32 passengers) d. Coaches (up to 70 passengers)
