Linc operates across South Wales and provides social and affordable homes for rent and to buy. Linc plans to appoint one Contractor for the provision of the Reactive Repairs service. Linc looks to develop a positive and accountable relationship with its Contractors to ensure that its tenants and customers receive the best service possible. Due to the high volume of specialist assets that Linc owns we have specific response times that the Contractors must be able to achieve: Emergencies – 2 hours. Urgent — 5 days. Routine — 28 days. We currently raise approximately 15,000 repair orders per annum. The appointed Contractor must be able to fulfil all repairs contained within the NHF SOR. Trades include: — External Works, — Masonry, — Roofing, — Carpentry, — Walls & flooring works, — Decoration and cleaning, — Glazing, — Electrical, — Adaptations, — Scaffolding. All replacements and repairs are to be completed on a like for like basis unless stipulated by Linc Cymru. Prices are based on NHF SOR Version 6. Linc anticipates awarding one contract for the provision of the full range of reactive repairs required to maintain its housing stock, Independent Living properties and Nursing Homes.
