Tender description

Tenders are invited for full refurbishment internally of each of 8 flats in two blocks at 42-48 and 60 -66 Beechtrees Skelmersdale, including the shared communal areas to each block. The flats are of non traditional construction, concrete framed with concrete panels-REEMA. All flats will be occupied throughout the works.
