Tender description

The University of Leeds has appointed a principal contractor to deliver the North East Quarter Development (NEQ) (subsequently renamed the Integrated campus for Engineering and Physical Sciences (ICEPS). This is a works contract.The Contract Form is the NEC 3rd Edition Engineering and Construction Contract (Option A) to undertake the NEQ main Works incorporating the required University amendments. The procurement procedure was Competitive Procedure with Negotiation and incorporated a pre-qualification stage incorporating de-selection to a maximum of five economic operators, ITT stage 1 with de-selection to two economic operators for final ITT stage 2.
