Refurbishment of Saxon Square Toilets

If you upload your documents but fail to “Submit” them, the Authority will not receive them and they will not be considered during the evaluation stage. Christchurch Borough Council wish to refurbish and remodel the existing public toilet facilities in Christchurch Town Centre. The current facilities are of a traditional Male/Female layout and were last remodelled in the 1980’s. The new toilets will be arranged to provide individual cubicle toilets for both male and female. The existing family room and accessible toilets are being moved and enhanced to modern standards. These new toilets are intended to provide bright and airy modern facilities that will be operational for many years. The works are being timed to be completed before the peak summer period and after a popular local festival and is therefore a critical element in the delivery. Christchurch Borough Council operates a partnership with East Dorset District Council and this project will be managed by the partnership however, the contract will be with Christchurch Borough Council.
