Tender description
(a) upgrade and fit-out of the ground floor of the Annex into an enterprise centre to developer Specification and SCP requirements and will include office accommodation (single and small multi occupancy as well as an open plan working area) circulation areas, new toilet block and a coffee dock. (b) upgrade and fit-out of a section of the ground floor meeting room and offices in the main building into offices, meeting rooms/training rooms. (c) upgrade of the glazed link between the main building and the Annex (two storeys high)
