Tender description

This Contract is for the undertaking of Voids Kitchen and Bathroom replacement within the permitted timeframes. The contract may also include the additional work of full refurbishment of void properties. All properties will be within the Borough of Nuneaton and Bedworth. The requirement for these services shall be on an ad-hoc basis and, as a result, there is no guarantee of the volume of work under this contract.
