Tender description

Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking to appoint contractors to carry out Internal improvement refurbishment works within its social housing stock. Prior to this, the Council will be holding a Market Engagement Event on 23.3.2018 at the Archives building, Haverfordwest in order to inform and engage with potential and current providers on the works that it is seeking to procure. Please see attached document for more details. It includes works on a tenancy change prior to re-letting. This may include new kitchens, bathroom refurbishments, general repairs, decoration and all necessary electrical and plumbing work. All works are carried out in unoccupied properties during the void period. Tenancy changes are subject to strict timescales. Structural improvement works, typically — renewal of floor slabs, rebuilding of internal walls, partitions and ceilings together with associated electrical and general plumbing work. These properties will generally be unoccupied but occasional properties may be occupied. Timescale to complete each individual Project — to the agreed programme provided by the Contractor.
