Tender description

The College's Estates Department is inviting tenders for the Design and Construction of a Horticultural Workshop and Estates Store (see the Existing Site Plan) to the rear of Blossomfield Campus following site clearance. In order to expedite the process the College is looking to match or better the timetable wherever possible. The College intends to award a single supply contract for the design and build works of workshop and store where feasible. The College reserve the right to award multiple contracts however where additional value can be achieved.
