Contract for the Construction of Financial Models to Evaluate Property Investment Opportunities

Tender description

Wyre Forest District Council, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide professional consultancy services to support Council officers in the evaluation of property investment opportunities sourced by the Councils. A partner is required to work with the Councils to provide the following: A) a health check of the initial financial viability model and support to further develop the financial model B) a critical friend to challenge and affirm C) a call-off contract for specialist professional tax, accounting and legal advice specific to individual appraisals. In addition we are seeking an external partner to provide independent verification that the established due diligence checks and governance protocols have been undertaken and complied with for each individual opportunity; to be evidenced by the preparation of a report to elected members ahead of formal sign-off.
