Tender description

The London Borough of Camden is looking to award a contract for the remodeling and refurbishment of Holmes Road Depot, 79 Holmes Road, NW5 3AP. The project will modernize and streamline the use of the depot with improved storage and workshop facilities as well as a conversion of space to offices, a new reception and entrance, and improved staff facilities. This will enable the Council to relocate staff and services from another site which can then be disposed of. The works will need to be carried out with the building partially occupied throughout, on a Sectional Completion basis. There will need to be several decants and relocations during the contact period, with the main new offices are being occupied after Practical Completion. Further information is provided in the procurement documents.
