Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work

Tender description

This requirement is to provide a Framework Agreement for Civils and Tunnelling works delivery capabilities for London Underground Limited (‘LU’). Project work packages, that are selected through application of this framework, will require Civils or Tunnelling activities to be defined according to the following work package lots: 1) Civils with limited tunnelling works; 2) Tunnelling with associated tunnel lining and preparation for next stage activities with either limited Civils or minor Civils works; 3) Tunnelling and Civils works (i.e. a combination of Lots (1) and (2)). In addition to application on the Future Stations and Station Capacity Programmes the Framework may be applied on additional LU programme or project requirements including:- the Asset Development Programme; Construction portfolio; and Renewals portfolio.
