Tender description

This competition is not subject to the European Communities (Award of Contracts by Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2007 and is being undertaken in accordance with the rules and procedures set out in this Qualification Panel Questionnaire (QPQ) only. This Qualification Panel will be designed to allow for the assembly of a multi-supplier Minor Works Qualification Panel with competent entities with capabilities in one or more of the 7 lots, to be established for a period of 2 years. For each of the 7 lots in scope, each Qualified Applicant will be required to have the competence to carry out the relevant works within or in the vicinity of a live gas environment, including within hazardous or potentially hazardous areas. The Minor Works Qualification Panel will be used to execute works on the gas transmission and distribution networks owned and/or operated by Gas Networks Ireland and its subsidiary GNI (UK) Ltd in Ireland, Northern Ireland in South West Scotland as the case may be.
