JV North Contractor Framework

Tender description

JV North and the members referred to in this notice are a preferred development partner of The Homes and Communities Agency for the period of 2016/2021, are underway with a capital works housing construction programme; approximately circa 2,000 units are anticipated to be procured under this framework. The aim is to construct quality homes for a variety of tenures, including community amenities and associated infrastructure provision and for a wide range of client groups and affordability levels. Construction contractors, are required to be sourced through this framework.
