Tender description
Hull City Council is seeking to establish an alternative method of bringing empty properties back into use through an Approved List of partners to deliver property refurbishments prior to re-sale. Hull City Council secured Local Growth Fund funding through the Local Enterprise Partnership to continue the empty homes programme from 2015 onwards. The Council is therefore seeking Community and Voluntary organisations to work in partnership with the Council in order to maximise the number of properties brought into use through the programme of refurbishing empty homes to at least the Decent Homes Standard.
