The proposed scheme is for in-shell remodelling and improvement works of the the 3 outer blocks of Whitehouse Court is as follows: — Reconfigure 4 bedroom flats to provide self contained 1 and 2 bedroom flats, — Redecoration of communal areas, — Improvements to internal layouts, — Kitchen Replacements, — Bathroom Replacements, — Gas boiler replacements, — Replacement of internal doors, frames, architraves, skirting, etc. — Plumbing installations, — Electrical installations, — Fire detection upgrades.
