Vending Services, Soft and Hot Drinks, Healthy Snacks and Bottled Water

Tender description

CEDC is inviting quotes to be submitted for a fully managed vending service for the provision of healthy snacks, bottled water, soft and hot drinks, including maintenance, cash management and restocking over five leisure facilities. There are currently 5 sites across CEDC under the newly branded Lifestyle Active name which includes Two Riversmeet Leisure Centre, Queen Elizabeth Leisure Centre (QE) which is a dual used facility with QE School and The Verwood Hub – including Potterne Park and the Emmanuel Sports Hall which is also a school dual use facility. Estimated income to the authority to be approximately £20,000 to £30,000 per year. Each Authority will invite the tenderers to visit the council sites during the tender period, to enable them to view typical examples of each type of council site covered by this tender. Only one representative from each tenderer will be permitted to attend the council site visits. The dates for council site visits have been outlined in the procurement programme. The tenderers will arrange reference site visits for the authority within 50 miles of Chistchurch to clearly demonstrate the vending machines and products they will offer.
