Tender description

Riley Close, Austin Way and Humber Close are located on Royal Oak Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Daventry town centre. The works include over-cladding the existing roof structures to three industrial unit blocks on Riley Close and 2 three industrial unit blocks on Austin Way & Humber Close. Primarily there is a need to improve the deteriorating fabric of the building to fulfil the new regulations for the EPC assessments in 2018 Keywords: over-clad, roofing
