The documents can be accessed via the link detailed within the description section of this notice. A revised ITT has also been attached to this notice. The proposed Works are the construction of a vehicular access point and the design and construction of an electricity substation building to serve land to the west of Kirkleatham Lane. In particular, the works will include: • A new junction from Kirkleatham Lane and approximately 50m of access road; • Pedestrian refuge islands on Kirkleatham Lane to assist pedestrians crossing; • A substation building adjacent to the northern access from Kirkleatham Lane; • Management of utility diversions and protection works.
