The Contracting Authority seeks to procure one Economic Operator who will be capable of delivering individual capital works projects up to 750 000 GBP across the estate for the duration of the contract. The works will encompass General Building Works, Mechanical Building Services Works and Electrical Building Services Work. including access control, CCTV, alarm installations and the like., covering the whole of the Northern Ireland Prison estate. The Economic Operator must also have the capability, if so required, to deliver planned and reactive maintenance works including an out of hours response service 24 hours per day, 365 days a year. In addition to the sites listed above, other occasional services may also be required, subject to the approval of the Northern Ireland Prison Service to be undertaken for other Agencies or Arms length bodies of the Department of Justice.
