Bath and North East Somerset Council are looking to appoint a main contractor to complete the final phases of the works to Castle Primary School, Keynsham. Current requirements of this tender This final phase 4 will provide a new permanent four classroom teaching block, additional hall/PE space, toilets and cloakrooms as well as extend existing admin accommodation and reception area. The temporary classrooms will be removed. This phase of works will complete the expansion at Castle from a one form entry primary to a two form entry school with 14 classrooms and facilities to accommodate 420 pupils If you are wishing to take part in this procurement please express an interest and refer to the Pre Qualification Questionnaire for further information.
