Building completion work

Tender description

This project involves the execution of development works at the above premises, to be known as Phase 2 development. The specific works are as detailed on the attached drawings. (Drawings No. WD-107 refers.) Generally, Phase 2 of this development relates to the completion of the structural building works at first floor level. All works will be within the existing structure, with services connected to existing provisions. The committee would ask that the successful contractor seek to employ the services of the electrical, plumbing and heating contractors previously engaged in Phase 1 of this development. Tender price shall include for all Mechanical and Electrical works as detailed below. It is intended that the price tendered will be fixed. There is no Bill of Quantities.
