Hire of buses and coaches with driver

Tender description

Bangor University is setting up a framework of suppliers of coach and executive coach services, all with a driver, for all their coach hire requirements. These include, but not limited to, open days, field trips and air-port runs. There are 4 separate lots: Lot 1- 3+Super Coaches (70+ Seats); Lot 2- 5+ Coaches (40+ Seats); Lot 3- 1-4 Coach (40+ Seats); Lot 4- 1-5 Executive Travel Coach (25+ Seats). This lot will be used when we are hiring 3 or more 70+ seat coach with driver for 1 occasion. This is likely to be, although not limited to, open day tours. This lot will be used when we are looking to hire between 1 and 4 40+ seat coach with driver for 1 occasion. We are most likely to use this lot for, but not limited to, field trips and airport runs. This lot will be used when we are looking to hire 5 or more 40+ seat coach with driver for 1 occasion/trip. This is likely to be used for, but not limited to, field trips, airport runs and open day tours. This lot will be used when we are looking to hire between 1 and 5 29+ seat coach with driver for 1 occasion. This is likely to be used for, but not limited to, field trips.
