Tender description

This Contract is for the purchase (as detailed herewith, and in the related Information Memorandum and Pre-Qualification Documentation available on request to applicants following receipt of electronic expressions of interest sent to the contact point detailed in Annex A III, and in subsequent Invitation to Tender documentation) Design and build of a new School at 77 Dundalk Road, Crossmaglen, Newry, Co. Down. The new school will be a part single and part 2 storey school complex with a gross internal floor Area of 9 018 m² within the existing school site. The new facility will provide a education provision across the age spectrum (12-18 years).
