Tender description

The London Borough of Hounslow requires the appointed contractor to procure, commission and handover a new rugby club facilities. This includes the construction of a new club house, 2nr natural rugby pitches, 1nr artificial rugby pitch, 3nr netball courts, car parking facilities and out buildings. The new club house comprises approximately 1 400 m² (GIFA) and associated external works (BREEAM Excellent). The London Borough of Hounslow requires the appointed contractor to procure, commission and handover a new rugby club facilities. This includes the construction of a new club house, 2nr natural rugby pitches, 1nr artificial rugby pitch, 3nr netball courts, car parking facilities and out buildings. The new club house comprises approximately 1 400 m² (GIFA) and associated external works (BREEAM Excellent). The Council reserves the right not to proceed with the Procurement and not to proceed with the award at any stage of the procurement process, and/or award only part or parts of the Contract. The Council requires the Contractors to be Level 2 BIM Compliant. The Terms and conditions of the Contract will be as set out in the invitation to tender documents. The Contract JCT SBC /XQ 2016 (SBC/XQ 2016) will be amended by a set of conditions produced by the London Borough of Hounslow. The successful bidder will be required to take these on board without amendment.
