Bloomsbury Theatre - Water Tank works

Tender description

Prior to commencement of the main contract for the refurbishment of Bloomsbury Theatre, some temporary works need to be carried out to enable the chiller relocation into the South Tank Room associated with the UCL New Student Centre Project which is adjacent to the Bloomsbury Theatre site. Works need be conducted to the North Tank Room, South Tank Room and connecting spaces to provide a temporary solution, installing a new water tank in the North Tank Room to keep the hot and cold water services fully operational for the period between the Student Centre chiller relocation works and the main Bloomsbury Theatre refurbishment project commencing.
