Tender description

Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is seeking quotations for the provision of Rating Valuation Services . All Rateable Values (RV's) for non-domestic properties owned/occupied by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council need to be analysed and if appropriate, appealed to ensure an accurate and minimised liability for the Council. The work is to be undertaken by suitably qualified Rating Surveyors.
