Tender description

The awarded Contract(s) and Framework Agreement are to cover general Building Works across the University and its Entities. The term of the Contract(s)/Framework Agreement is for a period of 3 years (with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and agreement by both parties). The Contract is commenced on 1.1.2017. This requirement is split into three (3) Lots: Lot 1 covers individual jobs <15 000 GBP (inc. VAT) in value. Lot 2 covers individual jobs 15 000 - 100 000 GBP (inc. VAT) in value. Lot 3 Framework covers individual jobs >100 000 GBP (inc. VAT) in value. Lot 1 covers general building works — individual jobs <15 000 GBP (inc. VAT) in value. Lot 2 covers general building works, individual jobs 15 000 - 100 000 GBP (inc. VAT) in value. Lot 3 covers building works, individual jobs >100 000 GBP (inc. VAT) in value.
